Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice katétrových sepsí. Teoretická část nejprve popisuje nozokomiální nákazy a preventivní opatření, která jim předcházejí. Dále se zabývá katétrovou sepsí, jejími příznaky, diagnostikou a léčbou. Závěr teoretické části je zaměřen na centrální žilní katetrizaci a povinnosti sester, které souvisejí s jeho zavedením, manipulací a péčí o místo vpichu. Výzkumná část interpretuje …more
Abstract:
The topic of the bachelor thesis is catheter-related bloodstream infections. The theoretical part of the work starts with the description of nosocomial infections and preceding preventive measures. It then deals with catheter sepsis, its symptoms, diagnosis and treatment.
