Transformation of Accounting profit and Tax Base
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá podstatnými kroky vedoucí k zjištění daňového základu a následného výpočtu daně z příjmu právnických osob s platnou legislativou do roku 31. 12. 2015. Zabývá se transformací účetního výsledku hospodaření na základ daně, analýzou uznatelných a neuznatelných nákladů a optimalizací daně z příjmu u vybrané společnosti.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with substantive steps leading to the determination of the tax base and the subsequent calculation of legal entity income tax with the legislation in force until 31 December 2015. The thesis deals with the transformation of the accounting profit to the tax base, analysis of eligible and ineligible expenses and optimizing income tax at selected companies.
