Ability to perform ADL with non-functioning of upper activity in late phase after stroke

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou u osob po cévní mozkové příhodě v chronickém stádiu, se zaměřením provádění ADL jednou rukou či s dopomocí ruky postižené. V teoretické části je popsána problematika cévní mozkové příhody, její příčiny a faktory vzniku, diagnostika, léčba a rehabilitace. Dále jsou zde popsány funkce ruky a nácvik ADL při její afunkčnosti. V praktické části jsou vypracované dvě kazuistiky. Obě kazuistiky obsahují vstupní vyšetření, návrh krátkodobého ergoterapeutického plánu a jeho realizaci. Následně jsem vypracovala dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán. V závěru práce je porovnání výsledků obou pacientů.

Abstract:

In this bachelor's thesis, I deal with the issue of people after a stroke in the chronic stage, focusing on performing ADL with one hand or with the help of the affected hand. The theoretical part describes the issue of stroke, its causes and factors, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. Furthermore, the functions of the hand and ADL training when it is not functional are described here. Two case studies are developed in the practical part. Both case studies contain an initial examination, a proposal for a short-term occupational therapy plan and its implementation. Subsequently, I developed a long-term occupational therapy plan. At the end of the thesis, there is a comparison of the results of both patients.
