Diplomová práce se zabývá volbou financování pořízení nemovitosti s ohledem na omezující faktory. V teoretické části krátce popisuje bytovou politiku státu, financování bydlení a nástroje, které umožňují řešit bydlení pomocí dlouhodobých úvěrů za podpory státu, tedy stavební spoření a hypoteční úvěry. The aim of this thesis is the alternative of the realty purchase financing respecting the lim-ited factors. The theoretical part shortly describes the state housing policy financing and the tools which allow dealing with the housing problem with the assistance of the long term mort-gages supported by state ergo building saving and mortgage credit.
