The implementation of the construction of a new complete industrial plant - Foundry and pattern room Nové Ransko, limited company.

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit výstavbu nového investičního celku, který realizovala společnost Slévárna a modelárna Nové Ransko, s.r.o. Teoretická úvodní část je zaměřena na základní pojmy jako je investiční činnost, druhy investic a rozhodování. Práce zahrnuje hlavní metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic a zdroje financování. V praktické části jsou uvedena porovnání současných pracovišť slévárny s nově realizovanými pracovišti dle projektu nové slévárny. Dále jsou popsány procesy, které vedly k rozhodnutí o realizaci výstavby včetně zdrojů financování. Práce popisuje realizaci nového investičního celku včetně výpočtu návratnosti investice. V závěru je provedena SWOT analýza společnosti s přehledem pozitiv a negativ pro společnost. Závěrečná kapitola obsahuje vlastní návrhy a doporučení pro společnost.

Abstract:

The main topic of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the construction of a new investment unit, which realized a foundry and pattern shop Nové Ransko, limited company (Ltd). The theoretical introduction is focused on basic terms such as investment activity, the types of investments and decisions. The work includes the main method of evaluating the effectiveness of investments and funding sources. In the practical section provides comparisons of current foundry workplaces with the new implemented project work according to a new foundry. Following is a description processes that led to the decision on the construction, including funding sources. The work describes the implementation of the new capital equipment including the calculation of return on investment. The conclusion is made SWOT Analysis Company with a list of positives and negatives for the company. The final chapter contains its own suggestions and recommendations for the company.
