Abstract:

Moje bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma Viktimologie – práce s oběťmi trestných činů a zabývá se problematikou obětí trestných činů. Jsou zde zpracovány informace o vymezení pojmu oběti trestných činů z hlediska zákona, postavení oběti v průběhu vyšetřovacího a trestního řízení, či jakým způsobem jsou zapracována práva obětí trestného činu do legislativního pořádku České republiky. V další části je zpracován proces viktimizace oběti a vyrovnání se s viktimizací. Řešena je i pomoc ze strany státu, neziskových organizací, ochrana obětí a preventivní programy, na kterých se podílejí různé subjekty.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is elaborated on the topic of Victimologie work with victims of crimes and deals with the probem of victims of crimes. There is information on the definition of the terms of victims of crimes from the point of view of the law, the position of victims during the investigation and criminal proceedings, or how the rights of victims of crime are processed into the legislation of the Czech Republic. In the next part, the proces of victimization of victims, is processed and the victimization is settled. State aid i salso described, non-profit organisations, victim protection and preventive programmes involving various actors are also addressed.
