Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na koncept Potrefená husa. Mým úkolem bylo navštívit deset vybraných restaurací Potrefená husa v Praze a formou mystery shoppingu analyzovat, jestli pracovníci dodržují standarty dané franchisorem. Abstract:
This Bachelor paper is focused on Potrefená Husa concept. My task was to visit ten Potrefená Husa restaurants in Prague and use mystery shopping to analyse whether the employees hold up to the standards given by franchisor.
