Předmětem bakalářské práce: „Družstvo jako forma sdružování ekonomických subjektů” je rozbor družstva jako právní formy podnikání. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení družstva, historii a současnosti družstevnictví a jeho právní úpravy. Dále je zde vytvořen teoretický koncept družstva jako podnikatelského subjektu. The object of the Bachelor thesis is: „the Cooperative as a form of economic subjects cooperation” is an analysis of the cooperative as a legal form of the business. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the cooperative, the history and the present of cooperatives and their legislation.
