V této práci jsem popsal historický vývoj osobnostních práv od doby jejichvzniku až po současnou úpravu. Velkou pozornost jsem věnoval popsáníjednotlivých prvků osobní povahy, a to jak v oblasti všeobecných, tak izvláštních osobnostních práv. In this thesis I have described historical development of the right to theprotection of personal rights from their establishment up to the presentlegal regulations. I paid great attention to description of particularelements of the personal rights both in the area of general rights andspecial ones.
