Abstract:

Cílem práce je provést analýzu nákladů autoservisu se dvěma pobočkami. Práce se zaměřuje na zpřehlednění a zanalyzování hlavních nákladových položek v souvislosti s určujícími činnostmi, které jsou v autoservisu provozovány. Celé dílo je podloženo relevantními teoretickými východisky, která jsou sepsána v samostatné kapitole. Součástí práce je zpracování procesního schématu průběhu celé zakázky, postup výpočtu mzdy zaměstnance, skladové hospodářství podniku, mechanismus odepisování a základní rozpočet. Hlavním výsledkem BP je návrh na sestavení provozního rozpočtu, vhodného kalkulačního vzorce na zakázku, resp. pro jednotlivé klíčové činnosti, včetně doporučení pro implementaci. Práce obsahuje také výpočet hodinových nákladových sazeb pro jednotlivé činnosti, což je základním předpokladem pro složitější operace s nákladovými modely.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis is to present a cost analysis of a car repair shop, which constitutes of two branches. The thesis focuses on the clarification and analysis of the main cost items connected with determining activities that are handled by the car repair shop. The entire proposal is supported with relevant theoretical bases, which are introduced in a separate chapter. The thesis includes the processing scheme, development and the course of the entire order, the method used in the employee salary calculation, company´s storage capacities, the write-off mechanism and the basic budget development. The main outcome of the bachelor thesis is the suggestion concerning the preparation of the operating budget, appropriate order calculation formula, more precisely calculation mechanism for separate key activities, as well as recommendations on how to implement such mechanisms into the practice. Aside from this main outcome it also includes the calculation of hourly rates for individual activities, which are the bases for more complex operations concerning cost models.
