The thesis deals with the topic of teacher job satisfaction in primary schools of the public, private and church sector in the Czech Republic. The aim was to identify the level of teacher job satisfaction in primary schools, analyse it in areas that affect it and, last but not least, identify the differences that exist in teacher job satisfaction based on socio-demographic factors.
