Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vymezení obchodně-právních vztahů zejména smlouvy o dílo uzavírané v režimu Obchodního zákoníku se zaměřením na ochranu objednatele. V práci jsou uvedeny jednotlivé náležitosti smlouvy, nalézá se tu nejen výklad zákonných ustanovení, ale i praktické návrhy, které by mohly posloužit pro lepší orientaci v této právní problematice.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the definition of commercial relationships especially the contract for work concluded under the Commercial Code aimed at protecting the client. The work presents the terms of the contract. The interpretation of statutory provisions and the practical proposals which could serve for better understanding of the legal issues have been mentioned.
