Abstract:

Cílem této práce je přiblížit komplexní lázeňskou léčbu, jaký má vliv na dětského klienta s DMO. V obecné části se věnuji lázeňství, lázeňské léčbě u dětí a stručně popisuji dětskou mozkovou obrnu. Ve speciální léčbě se zaměřuji na jednotlivé metody a možnosti rehabilitace, které se využívají u dětí v Nových lázních v Teplicích. Dále popisuji metody, které se využívají přímo na ergoterapii. Metodika se věnuje vybranému dětskému klientovi s DMO a jeho kazuistice. Dále zahrnuje vstupní a výstupní vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý plán a výsledky těchto vyšetření.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to present a complex spa treatment and its impact on a child client with cerebral palsy. The general section is devoted to spas, spa treatment for children and it briefly describes cerebral palsy. The special section focuses on the various methods and possibilities of rehabilitation which are used by children in Nove lazne Teplice. It also describes methods directly used the for occupational therapy. The methodology focuses on a selected child client with cerebral palsy and his case history. It further includes input and output tests, short-term and long-term plan and the results of these tests.
