Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem růstu mezd na fluktuaci zemědělských pracovníků zaměstnaných v České republice. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení fluktuace a změn v náboru zemědělských pracovníků na základě vývoje mezd v předchozích 10 letech a následně návrh opatření, která by vedla ke zkvalitnění pracovních podmínek a udržení zaměstnanců v zemědělských podnicích. K zodpovězení předem stanovených výzkumných otázek byl využit smíšený výzkum. Ten zahrnoval dotazníkové šetření, polostrukturované rozhovory s p. předsedou a místopředsedou zemědělských družstev a analýzu sekundárních dat z MZe, MŠMT A ČSÚ. V první části výsledků byly vyhodnoceny průměrné měsíční mzdy a jejich vývoj v zemědělském sektoru od roku 2012 do roku 2021 v České republice, průměrný počet zaměstnanců v zemědělském odvětví a jejich následný vývoj od roku 2000 do roku 2021 a zájem o studia na zemědělských školách od roku 2012 do roku 2021. Bylo zjištěno, že zájem o zemědělská povolání i studia klesá. Z dotazníkového šetření bylo zjištěno, že respondenti pracující v zemědělství jsou se mzdami spokojeni. Avšak zemědělství v České republice se potýká s poklesem zemědělců, neboť starší generace odchází do penze a nová o tento obor nemá příliš velký zájem. Práce navrhuje opatření, která by zabránila fluktuaci zemědělských pracovníků. Jedná se např. o zvýšení mezd či odměn, jejichž hodnota by se přiblížila k celostátnímu průměru. Práce doporučuje motivovat zaměstnance v podobě zvýšení odměn, osobního ohodnocení, zefektivnění benefitů nebo možnostmi kariérního růstu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the effect of wage growth on the turnover of agricultural workers employed in the Czech Republic. The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate turnover and changes in the recruitment of agricultural workers based on the development of wages in the previous 10 years. Subsequently, propose measures that would lead to the improvement and retention of employees in agricultural enterprises. Mixed research was used to answer the predetermined research questions. The mixed research included a questionnaire survey, semi-structured interviews with the chairman and vice-chairman of agricultural cooperatives and analysis of secondary data from the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Education, and the Czechoslovak Ministry of Education and Culture. In the first part of the results, the average monthly wages and their development in the agricultural sector from 2012 to 2021 in the Czech Republic, the average number of employees in the agricultural sector and their subsequent development from 2000 to 2021 and interest in studying at agricultural schools from 2012 to 2021. It was found that interest in agricultural occupations and studies is decreasing. From the questionnaire survey, it was found that respondents working in agriculture are satisfied with wages. However, agriculture in the Czech Republic is facing a decline in farmers, as the older generation is retiring and the new ones are not very interested in this field. The thesis proposes a measure that would prevent turnover of agricultural workers. It was, for example, an increase in wages or bonuses, the value of which would approach the national average. The thesis recommends motivating employees in the form of increased remuneration, personal evaluation, streamlining of benefits or opportunities for career growth.
