Abstract:
Práce za zabývá analýzou využití nástrojů manažerského účetnictví ve sportovních klubech. Zvláštní pozornost je dále věnována nákladovému účetnictví, rozpočtu, ukazatelům výkonnosti a využití benchmarkingu.
Abstract:
The thesis examines the tools of managerial accounting and their usage in sport clubs. Particular attention is paid to the cost accounting and efficiency measurement using key performance indicators and benchmarking.
