Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku týkající se hodnocení zaměstnanců, jejich motivaci a odměňování. Cílem práce je navrhnout takový motivační program, který by byl ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu účinný a efektivní. This thesis is focused on issue regarding assessment of employees, their motivation and remuneration. Aim of the study is to suggest a motivation program, which would be purposeful and effective in selected company. Selected company is Esko Brno Ltd, focused on producing cutting systems.
