Práce se zabývá mobilní komunikací v České republice. Seznamuje čtenáře s operátory na českém trhu, především s klasickými, ale částečně i s operátory virtuálními. Analyzuje se jak současná situace na trhu mobilních operátorů, tak i současná spokojenost zákazníků s těmito operátory. The thesis deals with the mobile communication in the Czech Republic. It introduces its reader to operators on the Czech market, especially to classic but also to virtual ones. Both current situation on the mobile operators market and current costumers satisfaction with those operators are analyzed by monitoring and analyzing Facebook data software- Elasticsearch and Kibana.
