Abstract:
Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá ochranou zaměstnanců v podobě nejnižších úrovní zaručené mzdy. Nejnižší úrovně zaručené mzdy stanovují nejnižší přípustné finanční ohodnocení zaměstnance v závislosti na tom, jakou vykonává práci. This rigorous thesis deals with the protection of employees in the form of the lowest levels of guaranteed wage. The lowest levels of guaranteed wage determine the employee´s lowest permissible financial reward depending on what work he performs.
