Ischemická cévní mozková příhoda (iCMP) je celosvětově jednou z hlavních příčin úmrtí a dlouhodobé invalidity u dospělých. Enzymatická trombolýza alteplasou je standardním terapeutickým postupem při léčbě iCMP, její účinnost je však limito-vána několika faktory. Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is one of the leading causes of death and long-term disability in adults worldwide. Enzymatic thrombolysis with alteplase is the first-line treatment of AIS, but its efficacy is limited by several factors.
