Srovnání kupní smlouvy podle obchodního a občanského zákoníku

Comparing of contract according to the Commercial and Civil Code
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá právní úpravou kupní smlouvy. Základem je vymezení kupní smlouvy, předpisů, které se její úpravou zabývají a porovnání jednotlivých úprav. Dále se práce zabývá úpravou spotřebitelských smluv. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou doplněny příklady aplikace daných předpisů v praxi.
Abstract:
This work deals with the legal form of the purchase contract. The basis of the work is to define the purchase contract, the provisions which deal with the legal form of the contract and the comparison of particular legal forms. Then the paper deals with the legal form of the consumer contracts. Each chapter is accompanied by the examples of application of the provision in practice.
