Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem diskriminace osob se sluchovým postižením při jejich přijímání do zaměstnání. V diplomové práci jsou definovány základní pojmy z oblasti diskriminace, sluchového postižení a českého znakového jazyka včetně příslušné právní úpravy. This thesis deals with a discrimination against people with hearing impairment in recruitment. In this thesis there are defined basic concepts of the discrimination area, of the hearing impairment area and of the Czech Sign Language including the legislation on this issue.
