Impact of economic crisis on the performance of the chosen company.

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce: Dopady ekonomické krize do hospodaření vybraného podniku je v první řadě popsat vznik krize, její rozšíření do celého světa a charakterizovat dopady krize na Českou republiku a hlavní odvětví průmyslu, která českou ekonomiku ovlivňují. Tohle vše je obsaženo v teoretické části bakalářské práce. V druhé části práce je představen vybraný podnik, který se jmenuje FV - Plast, a.s. Podnik se zabývá výrobou a prodejem plastových rozvodů tepla, vody a plynu. Prvně je určený výzkumný problém, v podobě otázek, které jsou zodpovězeny v závěru práce. Dále je provedena analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Vnitřní prostředí je zaměřeno na finanční situaci podniku, kde jsou zhodnoceny výnosy, náklady, výsledek hospodaření a kapitálová struktura a vybrané položky jsou zhodnoceny pomocí řetězových indexů. Vnější podnikatelské prostředí je zhodnoceno pomocí analýz strategického řízení jako je Porterův model 5 sil, a zhodnocení podniku analýzou SWOT. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení dopadů ekonomické krize na podnik a návrh opatře¬ní, která pomůžou firmě v rozvoji.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis: The influence of the economic crisis to the selected company is at first describe how the crisis came and its overrun to the whole world. Characterize negatives of the crisis to the Czech Republic and to the main sectors of industry which influence Czech economy the most. That is all contained in theoretical part of thesis. In the second part there is introduce the selected company which is called FV- plast plc. Their subject of business are production and sale plastics piping of heat, water and gas. Primary is defined research problem, which is answered at the end of thesis. Than is realized analysis internal and external position of company. Internal position is focused on financial situation, where it is valorised yields, cost, economic result, capital structure and selected items which are evaluate by the chain indexes. External positon is evaluate by strategic analysis with SWOT analysis and Porter's 5 forces model. Result of the thesis is evaluate effects of crisis to the company and there are proposed any measures which help company in another growth.
