Bakalářská práce zkoumá vybírání a placení místních poplatků ve statutárním městě Ostrava v letech 2016-2023. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na právní předpisy a zmocnění týkající se místních poplatků a jejich vývoj. Praktická část analyzuje jednotlivé poplatky, které jsou v obci zavedeny a dále se věnuje příjmům z místních poplatků do rozpočtu města a obvodů, zejména poplatkům za komunální odpad a poplatku …more

The bachelor's thesis examines the collection and payment of local fees in the statutory city of Ostrava in the years 2016-2023. The theoretical part focuses on the legislation and authorizations regarding local fees and their development. The practical part analyzes the individual fees that are introduced in the municipality and further deals with income from local fees to the budget of the city and …more
