Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na navržení projektu, který by stabilizoval pracovníky ve společnostech ZÁLESÍ. Nárůst fluktuace zaměstnanců omezuje plnění cílů společnosti a znamená i zvýšené náklady na nábor a zaučení nových zaměstnanců. Abstract:
The diploma thesis was focused on the design of a project that would stabilize employees in the companies ZALESÍ. The increase in the employee turnover limits the fulfillment of the company´s goals and also means the additional costs for recruiting and training new employees.
