Broken Ties – a Sociological Aspects of the Citizenship Loss Due to the Acquisition of a Foreign Citizenship
Abstract:
Diplomová práce zpracovává téma ztráty státního občanství České republiky nabytím cizího státního občanství. V komparativním pohledu srovnává stav právní úpravy daného tématu v sousedních státech. Vliv právní úpravy na právní praxi je rozebrán formou podrobnějšího pohledu na jednotlivé rozsudky. Celou práci pak provází sociologický pohled na dané téma shrnutý v závěrečné kapitole.
Abstract:
Thesis with the topic of loss of citizenship of the Czech Republic by the acquisition of foreign citizenship. In comparative perspective compares the state regulation of the topic in neighboring states. Effect of legislation on the legal practice is described by a more detailed view of individual judgments.
