Výroční zpráva je důležitým zdrojem informací o účetní jednotce. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit a analyzovat účetní předpisy České republiky, Německa, Rakouska a Polska se zaměřením na obsah a zveřejňování výročních zpráv.
