Phenomenon of volunteering in the field of alternative music festivals

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je rozbor forem dobrovolnictví a jejich ekonomické, sociologické a další aspekty, rozbor historie dobrovolnictví na území České republiky a současný stav podpory dobrovolnictví. Dále pak shrnutí současného stavu podpory dobrovolnictví a fungující organizace pracující s dobrovolníky na území ČR. Nejvýznamnější část práce je zaměřena na dobrovolnictví v kultuře a zkoumání úlohy dobrovolnictví v důležitých kulturních institucích, konkrétně v oblasti festivalů alternativní hudby. Klíčová slova: altruismus, dobrovolnictví, festival, dobrovolník, motivace, role.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis provides an analysis of various forms of volunteering and their economic, sociological and other aspects, followed by an analysis of the history of volunteering in the Czech Republic and the current state of support for volunteering as well as organisations active in this area.The most important part of the thesis focuses on volunteering in the field of cultural events and analyses the role that volunteering plays in important cultural institutions, specifically alternative music festivals.
