Due Diligence Stude - Project feasibility studies of building family house in Prague

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje popsání základních poznatků týkajících se problematiky sestavení studie proveditelnosti. Posuzuje realizovatelnost a prognózuje budoucí hrozby výstavby rodinného domu v Praze. Jsou zde zodpovězeny následující základní otázky: jaký je smysl projektu, jaké je jeho zaměření, jaký problém řeší, jakými etapami projekt prochází, čím jsou tyto etapy specifické a jak je řešeno variantní zpracování v rámci studie.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is about describing the basic ideas concerning the issue of processing the feasibility study. It assesses feasibility and forecasting of future threads of building a family house in Prague. There will be answers to the following fundamental questions: what is the purpose of the project, what is its focus, what problems will be solved, what are the involved stages in the project, what are the specifics of each of the stages and how is solved the alternative treatment under the study.
