Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ohledem na lidskou důstojnost v práci s lidmi s mentálním či kombinovaným postižením. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojem lidské důstojnosti, jeho vývoj a pojetí z hlediska náboženství a práva. Dále charakterizuje osoby s mentálním a s tělesným postižením. Poslední částí je popis sociálních služeb, jež se věnují osobám se zdravotním postižením. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum ze dvou organizací: Centrum ARPIDA a Domov Libníč a centrum sociálních služeb Empatie, jež se týká názorů pracovníků na pojem lidské důstojnosti, jejich praxe a uchopení tohoto pojmu z hlediska organizace. V obou organizacích je pojem lidské důstojnosti velmi důležitý a to jak ze strany jednotlivých pracovníků, tak ze strany organizací samotných. Dodržování zásad lidské důstojnosti je v sociálních službách nezbytné a tyto dvě organizace jsou ideálním příkladem. Pracovníkům záleží na dodržování lidských práv, na respektu a slušnosti k druhým lidem a u svých klientů vnímají stejnou důstojnost jako u sebe samých.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis deals with human dignity at work with people with mental or combined disabilities. The theoretical part is focused on the concept of human dignity, its development and human dignity from the point of view of religion and law. It also characterizes people with mental and physical disabilities. Tha last part describes social services dedicated to people with disabilities. The practical part contains qualitative research from two organisations: the Arpida Center and Social services center Empatie. The research refers to the employee's opinions on the concept of human dignity, their practice and understanding of the concept from the point of view of the organisation. In both organisations the concept of human dignity is very important. Adherence to the principles of human dignity is essential in social services and these two organisations are an ideal example. Employees care about respect for human rights, respect and decency for other people and they perceive the same dignity in their clients as they do in themselves
