Abstract:

Cílem práce je identifikace a vysvětlení trendů vývoje organizačních a řídících struktur MSP. Dílčím cílem je analýza podniků v rámci péče o ergonomii pracovišť. Na začátku práce nalezneme teoretické poznatky týkající se problematiky organizační a řídící struktury a problematiky ergonomie pracovišť. Dále je využito několika metod pro získání výsledků na výzkumné otázky a hypotézy, které byly položeny. Mezi metody sběru dat bylo zařazeno dotazníkové šetření, analýza dokumentů, pozorování a rozhovor. Mezi metody výzkumu byla zařazena Korelační analýza, P-Value test, případová studie a SWOT analýza. Potvrdila se hypotézy, že v současné době převládá u MSP útvarová organizační struktura a že rozsah změn v organizační a řídící struktuře podniků v České republice závisí na faktorech z ekonomické sféry v rámci makroprostředí. Změnu organizační a řídící struktury v rámci mikroprostředí podniku nejvíce ovlivňuje změna finanční situace, úroveň zaměstnanců a změna velikosti podniku. V rámci makroprostředí strukturu nejvíce ovlivňuje sociálně-kulturní, technologická a politicko-právní oblast. V rámci mezoprostředí je změna organizační struktury nejvíce ovlivněna konkurenčním prostředím, dodavateli a zákazníky. Ne všechny podniky se zabývají ergonomií, ale ve většině z nich je toto téma aktivně propagováno a je mu věnována zvýšená pozornost příležitostně nebo v důsledku upozornění ze strany zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to identify and explain trends in the development of organizational and management structures od SMEs. A partial goal is the analysis of companies in the framework of care for workplace ergonomics. At the beginning of this thesis, we will find theoretical knowledge related to the issue of organizational and management structure and the issue of workplace ergonomics. Futhermore, several methods are used to obtain results for the research questions and hypotheses that were posed. Data collection methods included questionnaire survey, document analysis, observation and interview. Research methods included Correlation analysis, P-Value test, case study and SWOT analysis. The hypothesis was confirmed that the departmental organizational structure currently prevails among SMEs and that the extent of changes in the organizational and management structure of enterprises in the Czech Republic depends on factors from the economic sphere within the microenvironment. The change in the organizational and management structure within the microenvironment of the company is most influenced by the change in the financial situation, the level of employees and the change in the size of the company. Within the macro environment, the socio-cultural, technological and political-legal area most influences the structure. Within the meso-environment, the change in organizational structure is most influenced by the competitive environment, suppliers and customers Not all businesses address ergonomics, but in the majority of them, this topic is actively promoted and taken care of on occasion or as a result of employee alarms.
