Tato bakalářská práce poskytuje pohled na ratifikační proces Římského statutu Mezinárodního trestního soudu. This bachelor thesis focuses on the ratification process of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. The hypothesis deals with some similar historical and political features of the Visegrad countries and assumes that these four states met the same or similar problems during the ratification process.
