Promotion and increasing of sales in small/family company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu stavu a návrh nástrojů pro zvýšení obchodního obratu ve firmě Podlahy Jana Vechetová. V úvodu budou vymezeny pojmy podnik, podnikání a rodinná firma. Dále bude provedena analýza zvolené firmy a následně budou vytvořeny návrhy pro zlepšení obratu firmy.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with analysis of condition and a draft of tools to increase business sales in Podlahy Jana Vechetová. In the introduction, there will be specified terms as company, business and family firm. Then there will be an analysis of chosen firm and afterwards proposals for increase of business sales will be created.
