Abstract:
This thesis describes bioluminescence species naturally occurring in region of Central Europe. The experimental work is focused on earthworm Eisenia lucens. The thesis includes also unpublished bioluminescence spectrum of the earthworm. The work also tries to explain the source of its bioluminescence using luminescence and mass spectrometry. Tato práce se zabývá bioluminiscenčními organismy přirozeně žijícími ve střední Evropě. Experimentální práce je zaměřená na bioluminiscenci žížaly svítivé (Eisenia lucens). Součástí práce je bioluminiscenční spektrum této žížaly, které doposud nebylo publikováno. Práce se dále snaží objasnit zdroj její bioluminiscence pomocí luminiscenční a hmotnostní spektrometrie.
