Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit, jak bylo vnímáno postavení ženy ve společnosti sudetoněmeckými ženami v období tzv. První republiky (1918-1938). Postavení ženy se vznikem nového státu v roce 1918 změnilo jen částečně. Ženám sice bylo přiznáno volební právo, ale v mnoha dalších ohledech (např. postavení ženy v manželství, právní vztah matky k dítěti) k úplnému zrovnoprávnění žen s muži nedošlo. The aim of the thesis was to find out how was perceived the role of women in the society from the perspective of Sudeten German women in the era of the so-called First Republic (1918-1938).
