Physiotherapy in a Patient after Total Hip Arthroplasty

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je fyzioterapie u pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá přehledem anatomie, biomechaniky a kineziologie kyčelního kloubu, včetně popisu kostí, kloubních ploch, svalstva, cévního a nervového zásobení. Dále se zabývá problematikou artrózy kyčelního kloubu, tato část zahrnuje klinický obraz, diagnostiku a následnou léčbu. Další kapitola teoretické části je věnována totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu, zde jsou popsány různé aspekty této operace, včetně indikací, operačních přístupů a komplikací. Poslední část je věnována komplexní fyzioterapii a konkrétním terapeutickým metodám. Praktická část práce se zabývá konkrétní kazuistikou pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Jsou zde prezentovány vstupní a výstupní kineziologické rozbory, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán a průběh terapie. Závěrečná část se věnuje zhodnocení spolupráce s pacientem a efektivitě terapeutických intervencí. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivitu fyzioterapeutických postupů využívaných při rehabilitaci pacientů, kteří podstoupili implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Práce se zabývá nejen samotným procesem rehabilitace, ale také fyzioterapeutickými metodami používanými k obnově pohyblivosti, stability a síly kyčelního kloubu po operaci.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is physiotherapy in a patient after total hip arthroplasty. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with an overview of anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of the hip joint, including description of bones, articular surfaces, muscles, vascular and nerve system. It also addresses the issue of hip arthrosis, this section includes the clinical picture, diagnosis and subsequent treatment. The next chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to total hip arthroplasty, here various aspects of this operation are described, including indications, surgical approaches and complications. The last part is devoted to complex physiotherapy and specific therapeutic methods. The practical part of the thesis deals with a specific case report of a patient after total hip arthroplasty implantation; the initial and final kinesiological analyses, the short- and long-term physiotherapy plan and the course of therapy are presented. The final section is devoted to the evaluation of patient cooperation and the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of physiotherapeutic procedures used in the rehabilitation of patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty implantation. The thesis deals not only with the rehabilitation process itself, but also with the physiotherapeutic methods used to restore mobility, stability and strength of the hip joint after surgery. And also, the patient's return to normal life as quickly as possible.
