Cílem této práce bylo zpracovat literární rešerši k tématu izolace thylakoidních membrán a přehled používaných elektroforetických technik pro separaci pigment-proteinových komplexů thylakoidních buněčných membrán jehličnanů. The aim the thesis was to conclude a literature review on isolation of thylakoid membranes from conifer species and the review of electrophoretic techniques being used for the separation of thylakoid pigment-protein complexes.
