Abstract:

Abstrakt BOBYLEVA, Kseniia. Komunikační dovednosti pracovníků v cestovním ruchu se zaměřením na ubytovací služby, Bakalářská práce. Vysoká škola hotelová, Praha: 2020. 66 stran. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikačními dovednostmi zaměstnanců v oblasti ubytovacích služeb v rámci oboru hotelnictví. Cíl práce spočívá v analýze úrovně komunikačních dovedností pracovníků recepce 3 a 4 hvězdičkových hotelů v Praze, s následnou komparací. Výzkum byl proveden formou dotazníku, kde byla sesbírána jednotlivá data od manažerů a pracovníků na pozici recepčních. Další metodou výzkumu byl uskutečněn rozhovor s front desk manažery ve vybraných hotelech, který pomohl získat více informací o komunikačních dovednostech pracovníků jak na uvedené pozici recepčních, tak samotných Front desk manažerů, poslední metodou výzkumu bylo pozorování recepčních. Data byla analyzována a byla provedena komparace a rozbor výsledků. Hlavním praktickým přínosem práce je vymezení rozdílů mezi požadavky na komunikační dovednosti zaměstnanců tří a čtyřhvězdičkových zařízení. Metodami použitými v práci jsou: literární rešerše, dotazník, realizace rozhovorů s front desk manažery, metoda pozorování a metoda komparace.

This bachelor thesis describes communication skills of employees in the area of ​​accommodation services within the hotel industry. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the communication skills among the employees of the reception of 3 and 4 star hotels in Prague, with subsequent comparison. The research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire, where individual data was collected from managers and employees in the position of receptionists. Another method of research was an interview with front desk managers in selected hotels, which helped to get more information about the communication skills of the staff at the given position of receptionists and the Front desk managers themselves, the last method of research was observation of receptionists. The data were analysed and the results were compared and analysed. The main practical benefit of the work is to define the differences between the communication skills requirements of employees of three and four-star facilities. Methods used in the work are: literature search, questionnaire, interviews with front desk managers, observation method and comparison method.
