Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou využití postindustriálních areálů v centrech měst z pohledu krajinářské architektury a využitím jejich plochy pro možnou adaptaci města na klimatickou změnu. Zaměřuje se na práci s vodou, vegetací a ekologickými přístupy. V literární části přibližuje možnosti konverze postindustriálních areálů a problémy s takovou plochou spojené. Zároveň řeší dopady klimatické změny na město a jejich možnosti adaptace na klimatickou změnu. Cílem praktické části je na základě prostudované literatury a analýzy modelové území Holešovického přístavu v Praze navrhnout ideální možnost konverze tohoto postindustriálního areálu a zároveň pomocí adaptace místa na klimatickou změnu přispět ke zlepšení mikroklimatu čtvrti Holešovice. Holešovický přístav byl zvolen pro svou historickou důležitost při formování průmyslové čtvrti Holešovice a jeho jedinečné poloze vůči Praze. Návrh celého areálu Holešovického přístavu je zpracováván ve formě konceptu a vybraná část pak v podobě architektonické studie. Na základě prostudované literatury a vytvořeného návrhu pak byla formulována obecná teoretická východiska pro řešení problematiky využití postindustriálních území v centrech měst prostředky krajinářské architektury.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with problematics of using post-industrial areas in the city centres from the landscape architecture point of view and using these areas for climate change adaptation. The thesis focuses on working with water, vegetation and ecological approaches. Conversion options of the post-industrial areas and problems linked with these spaces are explained in the theoretical part (literature review). Simultaneously, the thesis deals with impacts of the climate change on the city and its adaptation for future climate changes. The goal of the research part of the paper, based on the studied literature and modeled area analysis of the Holešovice port in Prague, is to propose an ideal option of converting this post-industrial area and at the same time improving the microclimate of the Holešovice district by using the climate change adaptations. The Holešovice port was chosen for it’s historical importance during the forming of the industrial district of Holešovice and its unique position within Prague itself. The design of the whole area of the Holešovice port is documented by a conceptual form and the chosen part by an architecture study. Based on the studied literature and created design, the general theoretical starting points were formed for dealing with problematics of using post-industrial areas in urban centres by means of the landscape architecture.
