Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with § 22 of Act No. 273/2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, which allows to call up soldiers, members of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to perform police tasks with a focus on the specifics of calling up soldiers in active service.
