Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast interakce obchodních bank a nelegálních finančních praktik. Globálním cílem je deskripce historického vývoje vztahů bank k činnostem souvisejícím s problémovou oblastí a provedení analýzy současného stavu právní úpravy a praktického přístupu bank a jejich činností, které směřují k zamezení nelegálním finančním praktikám v podmínkách České republiky.
