The Occupational Therapy By The Clients After The Stroke

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem "Ergoterapie u klientů po cévní mozkové příhodě" má za úkol spravit odbornou i neodbornou veřejnost o ergoterapii u klientů s touto diagnózou. V teoretické části této statě postupuji informace o důvodech vzniku tohoto postižení, o jeho rozšíření, rizikových faktorech, projevech, léčbě, iktových jednotkách, a také základní informace o fyziologii a anatomii mozku, nutné pro pochopení tohoto postižení. V úseku speciálním potom nalezneme obecné informace o průběhu a struktuře rehabilitace u klientů s tímto postižením, informace o intervenci ergoterapeuta v rámci jednotlivých poruch způsobených cévní mozkovou příhodou. Mimo jiné se zde zmiňuji i o jednotlivých rehabilitačních přístupech a technikách, ze kterých péče ergoterapeuta v těchto případech vychází. Část praktická je potom určena k popisu průběhu terapie u klienta po cévní mozkové příhodě, se kterým jsem za účelem této bakalářské práce několik měsíců spolupracovala.

Abstract:

The assignment of this bachelor thesis entitled "The Occupational Therapy by the Clients After the Stroke" is to apprise specialist and even amateurish society about occupational therapy by clients with this diagnosis. The theoretical part of this thesis contains apart information of the causes of stroke genesis, it´s enlargement, risk factors, manifastation, treatment, stroke units and also basic information of cerebral physiology and anatomy which are necessary for understanding this disability. There are also basic information of progress and structure of the rehabilitation of clients with this diagnosis and of the occupational therapist´s intervation within all the particular malfunction caused by the stroke in the special part of this thesis. Besides the others I also mention of particular rehabilitation attitude and techniques the occupational therapist´s care is based on. The practical part is given over to describtion of the therapy progress of a client after the stroke who i was co-operating with for several months in order to this thesis.
