Diplomová práce se zabývá jednotlivými požadavky normy ISO/TS 16949 tak, aby byla zabezpečena úspěšná certifikace společnosti UNEX, a.s., závod Olomouc dle uvedené normy. V teoretické části je definován pojem systém managementu kvality, popsán obsah norem ISO ř. 9000 a normy ISO/TS 16949 a proces auditování. This Master Thesis deals with single requirements of the standard ISO/TS 16949 so as to ensure successful certification the company UNEX Inc., establishment Olomouc to the required standard. There is defined quality management system, described content of ISO series 9000 and standard ISO/TS 16949 and auditing process in the theoretical part.
