Bakalářská práce Opatření proti nečinnosti veřejné správy je věnována problematice nezákonné nečinnosti správních orgánů a možnostem právní ochrany před ní. Zvolený problém byl řešen analýzou vybraných soudních rozhodnutí, jež se týkají dané problematiky. Analýza vybraných soudních rozhodnutí byla využita ke shrnutí a zhodnocení současné právní úpravy. Bachelor thesis Measures against the Inactivity of Public Administration deals with the issue of illegal inactivity of the administrative authorities and the possibilities of legal protection against inactivity.
