The aim of this thesis was to show citizenship legislation in the territory of the unitary Czechoslovakia in the years 1918-1968, and how they changed over these fifty years. Specifically, it was on the acquisition and loss of nationality. During these years, Czechoslovakia went through all sorts of historical experience.
