Abstract:

Závěrečná práce se zabývá předsudky a stereotypy vázané k sexuální orientaci klientek/klientů ze strany sociálních pracovnic/pracovníků v okrese České Lípy. Zjišťuje jaký je postoj pracovnic a pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích k sexuální identitě jejich klientek a klientů. Jaké jsou jejich názory na homosexualitu, jaké lze u nich nalézt stereotypy ve vztahu k homosexualitě jejich klientek/klientů. Co ovlivňuje jejich postoj. Jestli si pracovnice/pracovníci uvědomují své stereotypy a jakými způsoby s nimi pracují. A v jakých situacích by se mohly stereotypy měnit na předsudky.Teoretická část definuje jednotlivé pojmy týkající se tématu. Zmiňuji zde výzkumy, které se zabývají postojem veřejnosti k homosexualitě. V následujících kapitolách se věnuji pojmům stereotyp a předsudek. Další kapitoly se zabývají sexualitou, sexuální orientací a homosexualitou. Poslední kapitola je věnována předsudkům vůči sexuální orientaci.Praktická část práce popisuje, jaký druh výzkumného šetření provádím a jaké techniky k tomu používám. Jsou zde stanoveny dílčí cíle, které jsem transformovala do tazatelských otázek. V další části interpretuji získané údaje z interview a shrnuji poznatky, které jsem díky šetření získala.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with prejudices and stereotypes of social workers bound to sexual orientation of clients in Česká Lípa region. It uncovers attitudes of supporting social workers to sexual identity of their clients. What opinions do they have about homosexuality, which stereotypes can be found in their behaviour in relation to homosexuality of their clients. What drives their attitudes. Whether the workers realize their stereotypes and how do they work with them. And in which situations can be stereotypes transformed into prejudices.Theoretical part defines concepts connected to the theme. I mention resources which describe society attitude to homosexuality and in the following chapters I also describe the concepts of stereotype and prejudice. Next chapters deal with sexuality, sexual orientation and homosexuality. The last chapter turns to prejudices against sexual orientation.Practical part describes what type of research I have chosen and which techniques do I use. Partial goals are also defined in this part. These goals were transformed into questioner‘s questions. And in the next part I interpret gathered interview information and sum the knowledge I have gained through the research.
