Stressful situations for the Special public order unit officers of the Czech republic Police

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje zátěžovým situacím u Speciální pořádkové jednotky, útvaru Policie České republiky, který má v rámci policejních činností velmi široký rozsah působnosti. Úkolem této jednotky je mj. ochrana obyvatelstva, obnovování veřejného pořádku, pátrání po osobách a nasazení při mimořádných událostech. Práce je rozdělena na praktickou a teoretickou část - výzkum. Teoretická část je rozdělena do třech kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá popisem policejní profese, činností a úkoly Policie České republiky. Ve druhé kapitole je popsána historie vzniku Speciálních pořádkových jednotek v České republice a popis Speciální pořádkové jednotky Moravskoslezského kraje, její vznik, úkoly, působnost, organizace atd. Třetí kapitola popisuje stres a zátěž. V této kapitole jsou popsány teorie stresu, klasifikace stresu, jeho působení na lidský organismus atd. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu dotazníku, vytvořeného autorem práce, zaměřující se na hodnocení míry zátěže u specifických konkrétních činností Speciální pořádkové jednotky. Na základě získaných dat je zjišťováno, které zátěžové situace jsou hodnoceny jako nejnáročnější a zda má na hodnocení zátěže vliv délka praxe nebo zařazení na vedoucí pozici.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the stressful situations in the Special Public Order Unit, the Department of the Police of the Czech Republic, which has a very wide range of the activities within the police. The task of this unit is, among others, to protect the population, restore public order, search for missing or wanted people and deployment in emergencies. The thesis is divided into practical and theoretical part - the research. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the description of the police profession, activities and tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic. The second chapter describes the history of the establishing of The Special Public Order Units in the Czech Republic as well as the description of the Special Public Order Unit of the Moravian-Silesian Region, its origin, tasks, scope, organization, etc. The third chapter describes stress and other difficulties as well as theories and classification of stress and its effects on the human organism etc. The practical part of the thesis contains the analysis of the questionnaire, created by the author of this thesis, focusing on the evaluation of the level of the workload in the specific activities of the Special Public Order Unit. Based on the obtained data, it is ascertained which stressful situations are evaluated as the most demanding and whether the length of the practice or position in the management influences the evaluation of the level of the workload.
