Abstract:

Nedostatečná retence vody v krajině je v současnosti jedním z celosvětově velmi diskutovaných problémů. Klima v posledních letech je stále o něco teplejší, a to způsobuje nejen celosvětově, ale i na území České republiky problémy. Tyto problémy se manifestují v podobě povodní, sucha, erozí, snižující se jakosti povrchových a podzemních vod a vedou ke zrychlenému odtoku vody z území. To má za následek mimo jiného pokles hladiny podzemních vod a nepříznivý vliv na místní mikroklima i na místní biodiverzitu. Všechny tyto vyjmenované skutečnosti pak mají negativní vliv na život v regionu a regionální rozvoj. Situace ve světě i v rámci České republiky vyžaduje začít přijímat opaření na zadržení vody v krajině, která odtok vody z krajiny zpomalí. Tato práce se zaměřuje na opatření realizovaná v podobě malých krajinářských projektů, jejichž realizace je dostupná téměř každému, a tak by mohla být v regionech hojněji aplikována. Cílem této Diplomové práce je najít odpověď na otázku, zda jsou i malé krajinářské projekty, které mohou realizovat také fyzické osoby přínosem pro region a regionální rozvoj, a to jak v očích veřejnosti, tak i funkčně, tedy zda zrealizované projekty vedou k retenci vody v regionu. Konkrétně je praktická část této práce zaměřena na projekty v podobě budování tůní. Práce hodnotí, zda jsou malé zrealizované projekty v podobě tůní, skutečně schopny retence vody v krajině, a zda jsou tyto projekty hodnoceny v očích veřejnosti jako přínos, a to i nad rámec pouhé retence vody v krajině. Tato práce tedy zkoumá jeden z možných směrů řešení problému s nedostatkem vody v krajině, který by mohl být při masovějším rozšíření, jak z práce vyplývá, dobře přijímaným a pro obyvatele regionu příjemným řešením.

Abstract:

Insufficient water retention in the landscape is nowadays one of the most discussed issues worldwide. Climate has been warmer and warmer in the last years. And this causes problems not only worldwide, but also within the area of the Czech Republic. These problems manifest in the form of floods, drought, erosions, the decline in surface and subterranean waters quality, and they lead to an accelerated water outtake from the area. This, apart from other subcecvences, causes a lower level of subterranean waters and has an unfavourable impact on the Microclimate and biodiversity of the area. All these issues have an adverse impact on life and development in the region. The situation in the world, as well as in the Czech Republic requires that water retention measures, which willl slow down the water outtake from tha area, start to be taken. This piece of work focuses on the measures realized in the form of small landscape projects, whose implementation is affordable for everyone, and so they can be applied more frequentely in the regions. The goal of the thesis is to find the answer to the question, if the small landscape projects, which can be realized also by individuals, bring some benefit for the region and its development, both from the public point of view and also functionally, i.e. if the projects realised lead to water retention in the region. Factually, the practical part the thesis is focused on pools building projects. The thesis avaluates if small projects in the form of pools are really able to assure the water retention in the landscape, and if they are considered to be a contribution from the public point of view, also outside the framework of the mere waer retention in the landscape. This thesis analyses one of the possible directions how to solve the problem of the lack of water in the landscape, which with mass implementation can be, as it arises from the thesis, well accepted and a good solution for the public in the reagion.
