Degenerativní cervikální myelopatie (DCM) postihuje až 2 % dospělých a je nejzávažnějším důsledkem degenerativní krční míšní komprese (DCSCC). Degenerative cervical myelopathy (DCM) affects up to 2% of adults and is the most severe consequence of degenerative cervical spinal cord compression (DCSCC).
