Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zařazením kauce podle zákona o silničním provozu do systému institutů správního práva, jejím účelem, povahou, možnostmi opravných prostředků a legitimací účastníků takového řízení. This diploma thesis deals with categorization the deposit deposited under the Road Traffic Act into administration law institutes system, its purpose, character, possibilities of legal remedy and legitimacy of the parties to case.
