Abstract:
Interference je účinek látky přítomné ve vzorku, který ovlivňuje správné výsledky analýz. Mezi nejčastější interferující látky biologického původu řadíme hemoglobin, bilirubin a lipidy. V důsledku přítomnosti vyššího množství těchto látek ve vzorku pak vznikají vzorky hemolytické, ikterické a chylozní. Abstract:
Interference is effect of substance present in the sample, which affects the correct results of analyses. The most frequent interfering substances of biological origin are hemoglobin, bilirubin and lipids. Due to higher levels of these substances in the sample, formed hemolytic, icteric and chylosis samples.
